We are delighted to inform you that we are currently open and ready to accommodate guests. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance your experience, we are in the process of improving our facilities. Recently we have opened additional rooms in the new wing for your comfort and convenience, although the finishing construction works outside the building are still in progress. That may affect the view from the rooms in the new wing : superior standard rooms, superior deluxe rooms, family rooms.
In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that our expanded restaurant and renovated bar are now fully operational, providing you with an even better experience at Hotel Búðir. We look forward to welcoming you.

NORTHERN LIGHTS
It´s the season of the northern lights who can be experienced throughout March weather permitting. This spectacular phenomenon is perfect to view at Budir, away from the lights of the big city.

One of Hotel Budir´s speciality is the restaurant which is one of Iceland´s best. Sourcing fresh ingredients directly from local farmers and fishermen, you embark on a culinary journey reflecting what West Iceland has to offer.
OUR ROOMS
To meet your different exceptions and needs we have different room categories in different wings. In our original wing you can find: Economy/ Loft room (attic type room), the next types are the Standard rooms, Deluxe and Suite.
The new wing offers the fallowing categories: Superior standard, Superior deluxe, Family rooms, Suites and the one and only Master suite.
The restaurant is renowned for it´s unique fresh and local gourmet fish and lamb dishes, original starters and heavenly desserts
